Butt Acne - Kiss it Goodbye For Good

One of the most embarrassing forms of acne you can have is butt acne, and this is especially true if you're a female, for reasons we won't get into. Acne can be an absolutely debilitating condition, and it plagues you enough with your clothes on. No need to compound the problem by having it on your back, butt, and chest. So how do you get rid of it?

Listen, I'm a real straight shooter kind of guy, so I'm not going to waste your time beating around the bush or trying to sell you some garbage.

Although it has its negatives, the best thing you can do is begin using Daniel Kern's acne regimen, in the PROPER MANNER, to get rid of butt acne. By far, this is your best option, but it does have drawbacks.

The problem with this method is that it takes weeks and weeks to begin noticing significant improvement. Sure, you can drink tons of water to get the ball rolling on improvement, but butt acne tends to be more resistant and inflammatory than other types of acne. You can get rid of it, and keep it away, it's just going to take some time.

If you're more of a patient person, simply use DK's methods consistently for several weeks, and your acne - whether it's back or butt or any other sort of acne - will clear up. Basically it works like this: the back and butt are not as sensitive as the skin on other areas, so to clear up the acne there, simply clean the area and load up on benzoyl peroxide (a lot of it). After 3-4 weeks, the inflammation and the acne will be gone or significantly reduced.

If you happen to be plagued by cystic (large, painful acne lesions) butt acne, visiting your dermatologist and asking him to prescribe you accutane can help you enormously. Accutane can keep all of your acne in check for a time, but when you stop using it, the results go away so I generally don't recommend it.

However, if you have cystic acne, it can reduce or eliminate those sorts of lesions entirely, and while you may have other sorts of acne lesions, the large ones can be eliminated permanently (this is what happened with my skin as well as many others).

Again though, the problem here is that Accutane isn't safe for long term use, so Daniel Kern's methods are most likely to be the best for you if you can wait several weeks for the product to begin working effectively.
